Kathy Montgomery is the owner of Wheel of Life in Harrisburg, PA. Wheel of Life uses “Exercise as Medicine” to create and maintain healthy individuals. Kathy is a NASM Certified Personal trainer, a USPTA Certified Tennis Professional and has taught and coached tennis for 25 years. Kathy provides Personal Training, Resistance Stretching, Mashing, and Reflexology to a variety of clients to help them to achieve their personal goals. Kathy remains a competitive athlete and loves all sports.
